PHASE 1:

  • You will have access to the ONLINE training and all its contents: videos, documents, and downloadable materials for better assimilation and application of the necessary contents to teach COMBOXING® sessions.

PHASE 2:

  • In this phase, we will develop all the practical contents of COMBOXING® by doing a general review of the ONLINE TRAINING to resolve any remaining doubts. 
  • We will deepen the TECHNICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL LEVELS of the different types of sessions through practice.
  • We will also provide TIPS and Advice for designing SPECIAL SESSIONS (Combining Modalities).

Hi I'm Manu Jiménez

CREATOR OF COMBOXING®

Since I was young, fitness and sports have been my passion. More than 30 years later, I still practice them with the same energy and enthusiasm as on day one.

My professional journey began in 1996 as a group fitness instructor, specializing in kickboxing and boxing adapted to fitness. Over time, I also became a personal trainer, combining my experience to create unique and effective training sessions.

Today, through my program Comboxing, I help instructors in more than 27 countries improve their classes, providing them with innovative content so their students can experience training like never before.

I firmly believe that sports take many forms, and the key is to enjoy, train, and live every session as a unique experience. That’s why I created Comboxing, a discipline that blends exercise, sports, health, and fun in every movement.

As Bruce Lee once said...
"Do not be confined to any particular style, adapt it and build your own, and let it grow.".
This philosophy has driven me to develop a method that not only transforms workouts but also changes the way we experience combat fitness.
