Comboxing is a new COMBAT FITNESS program designed for all audiences that combines martial arts and combat sports with the best music.

Double International Certification in Comboxing®

PHASE 1:

    • You will have access to the ONLINE training and all its contents: videos, documents, and downloadable materials for better assimilation and application of the necessary contents to teach COMBOXING® sessions.

PHASE 2:

    • In this phase, we will develop all the practical contents of COMBOXING® by doing a general review of the ONLINE TRAINING to resolve any remaining doubts. 

    • We will deepen the TECHNICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL LEVELS of the different types of sessions through practice.

    • We will also provide TIPS and Advice for designing SPECIAL SESSIONS (Combining Modalities).

YOU WILL RECEIVE

Hi I'm Manu Jiménez

(License No. 015892).

From a young age, I have been drawn to the world of fitness and sports in general, and more than 30 years later, I continue to practice it with the same enthusiasm as the first day. 

I started my professional career in 1996 as a group fitness instructor specialized in kickboxing and fitness-oriented boxing, as well as a personal trainer, using all my experience to offer new sensations.

I believe that sports can take on many forms, and that we should simply enjoy, train, and live each experience to the fullest. To this day, I have not spent a single day without enjoying my work, which is why I am so enthusiastic about creating a discipline of group fitness classes that combines the ideal mix of sports, exercise, health, and fun.
